Park at Bart but take a cab to the airport. For two adults the cab ride is only about $7, plus a few more in tip. No waiting for a train, and right to your terminal in 5-10 minutes. When I went to the site it was charging me for weekends as well. However, since I knew that BART parking was generally free on weekends I called them up and asked them what to do. In my case, I was leaving on a Saturday and coming back on Monday night. So, they told me to just pay for Monday and put up the proof-of-payment on the driver's side of the car when I park on Saturday. Following those instructions, I didn't run into any issues. Yes.
